I took out my last two wisdom teeth out on Tuesday (whoo-hoo!). On the other hands, I’ve also been on hydrocodone for a few days and I do not enjoy it one bit. I don’t understand the happy feeling that people get from this drug. I’ve been whoozy and tired all day long. But anyways, I’m getting off this extreme diet plan (1000 max calories). I’m going to try to eat normally while keeping my regular exercising regime. Hopefully, I can keep the same weight. In order to lose weight, I’m going to build more muscles and exercise a little harder. I’m afraid of not eating because I read somewhere that I will lose muscles and that will slow down my metabolism instead. Lets see how P90x will do for me as well as insanity workout. My brother recommended insanity since he knows how much I love cardio.
Food for the day:
- 6 wontons (300)
- French fruit cake (300)
- Some clams, strawberries, watermelon, chocolate candy, a small bite of ice cream (150)
- Two bananas (200)
- A small bowl of chao (200)
- A small piece of snickerdoodle cookie (80)
- Kimchi noodle + egg (100)
- a little lemonade + milk (200)
Not so bad. 1530 calories. I’ve estimated all the numbers up too.
