I ate a bowl of rice with duck, 2 crackers, some sip of sweet tea, and some grapes. Rice with duck again + some few almonds.
I think people assume too much about weight loss. Whoever keeps saying that don’t starve yourself under a certain amount of calories is stupid. I can tell you with my experience that it works. A lot of people expect to lose weight within a 15 weeks or so keeps saying that the starvation method won’t work. That’s just plain stupid. I am sick and tired of people telling me that this method doesn’t work. Honestly, I don’t know if it’s healthy or not but eating more than what you have to is just as detrimental to your mitochondria. You’re cutting your life shorter when you make your cells burn energy.
I didn’t lose weight all that quickly. It has been over a year since I started controlling what I eat and I’m still losing weight. My body gets full quickly. That’s what you want. When I checked how much I was eating per day before I started losing weight, it was around 2000 calories. Way too much for me and my short stature. Sure I would get tired and dizzy but I still forced myself to exercise. I didn’t excessively exercise ’cause I’m lazy. After a while, my body started feeling better so I could exercise longer.
I don’t know about this whole starvation diet will slow down your metabolism. SURE it might slow down at the beginning. After a while, your body will still need to use up something to keep your body alive. If you have a food deficit, your body will use up something in your body to stay alive. I don’t see why this diet is detrimental nor why it won’t work. As long as you don’t go under extreme measures, you’re good.
