I understand the plateau of weight loss now (aka the last “10 pounds). I still keep my calories intake to a bare minimum but I haven’t lost any weight since January. I want to look good for my brother’s wedding!
So today I had: Smoothie King Green Tea Manga (282) — yummy, half a drumstick (140), diet tea (50), two chocolate cheesecake, bread with butter, and lemon pasta with chicken and shrimp (~600-700). Oh haha, now I can see why I’m not losing any weight. I didn’t realize I eat a lot of snacks in between. I exercised for about 70 minutes (not all cardio though). I would say I burned 300 calories.
